Inside Sales Account Manager Location: Surrey Working Pattern: Office-based Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 A leading provider of advanced machine vision technology is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Account Manager to join its close-knit UK team. You will manage customer enquiries, identify sales opportunities, prepare quotations and develop new business through outbound calls, emails and lead follow-ups. You will also manage transactional customer accounts and support external Account Managers with forecasting, CRM updates and maintaining accurate customer information. Key Responsibilities Qualify customer requirements and identify sales opportunities Prepare quotations, pricing proposals and product information Generate new business through prospecting and lead follow-ups Manage and develop existing transactional accounts Support monthly sales forecasting and opportunity management Maintain accurate customer and prospect records within the CRM Requirements At least three years of experience in an inside sales or similar role Strong customer qualification and lead generation experience Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Proactive, organised and comfortable working to targets Knowledge of machine vision, automation or technical products would be advantageous Benefits 25 days' holiday Generous pension contribution Income protection and life assuranc...
