The team works with a diverse client base, advising businesses ranging from entrepreneurial and emerging companies through to established corporates and larger organisations.The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate/Partner-level Solicitor with approximately 4–8+ years' PQE to join the firm's Legal team and play a key role within its non-contentious commercial IP practice. The position will focus on advising clients on sophisticated commercial and technology transactions, with intellectual property sitting at the heart of much of the work. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to handle a varied and high-quality caseload covering commercial agreements, IT and technology contracts, IP licensing and assignments, software and SaaS arrangements, collaboration and R&D agreements, as well as supply, distribution and other commercial arrangements. The role will involve advising clients on the development, exploitation and commercialisation of their IP and technology, while providing commercially focused advice that takes account of their wider business objectives.
