Isle-Based Nature Education Team Lead

Field Studies Council Millport is seeking an experienced Team Leader to guide the education team and oversee curriculum delivery at a stunning Scottish island centre. You will mentor staff, manage performance, plan learning experiences, and assist the Centre Manager with strategic operations.

You will also participate in field teaching with students and contribute to a rotating on-site duty roster, including some evenings and overnight support when needed.
