Your responsibilities will include: Installing IT & Telecoms solutions Onboarding customers onto managed support services Providing remote & on-site technical support Planning & managing installation projects Supporting customers & sales teams with solution design & recommendations Updating project & service tickets through CRM systems Identifying potential sales opportunities through technical operationsWhat we're looking for We're looking for an experienced IT Field Engineer with strong networking, infrastructure & customer-facing technical support experience. A valid UK driving licence is essential for this position. Ideally, you'll have experience with: Configuring routers, switches & firewalls Wi-Fi installation & troubleshooting Cloud telephony & VOIP solutions LAN infrastructure, including testing, terminating & design CRM & ticketing systems Microsoft cloud & Microsoft Server environments IT networking, including CCNA, Fortigate or Netgear VMWare Solutions & Hyper-V PC/laptop builds, fault diagnosis & rectification Antivirus & anti-spam implementation Router & firewall configurationIf you're looking for your next step as an IT Field Engineer in Wimborne, we'd love to hear from you.
