IT Services Delivery Coordinator

Robert Half Technology are assisting a leading provider of aviation and emergency response services to recruit an IT Services Delivery Coordinator on a 6-month contract. UK Remote. ASAP Start.

* The IT Services Delivery Coordinator will coordinate the delivery of IT projects, system enhancements, and service improvements across critical operational environments.* Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party suppliers, ensuring requirements are captured, communicated, and delivered effectively.* Support project planning, tracking milestones, managing dependencies, and maintaining project documentation and reporting.* Coordinate change management activities, including impact assessments, scheduling, implementation tracking, and stakeholder communications.* Provide technical support for business-critical IT systems, assisting with deployments, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to maintain service continuity.* Assist in the creation of project documentation, including business requirements, Statements of Work (SoWs), project plans, and service transition documentation.* Monitor and report on project progress, service performance, KPIs, and operational metrics to support continuous improvement.* Coordinate user onboarding, access provisioning, and operational readiness activities in line with project delivery timelines.* Support training, user engagement, and adoption o...
