Job Description /n The Role /n This is a full-time, fully office based role. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will provide technical support and infrastructure administration across a diverse multi-site environment. You will be responsible for resolving IT issues, maintaining core business systems, and assisting with the implementation of new technologies across the Group. /n The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, troubleshooting complex issues, and engaging with users at all levels of the organisation. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network and infrastructure issues. /n - Support and administer Microsoft 365 services, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint. /n - Configure and maintain network infrastructure including switches, wireless networks. /n - Support and administer telephone and PBX systems, including user provisioning and deployment. /n - Manage endpoint devices including desktops, laptops, mobile devices and printers. /n - Maintain technical documentation and support procedures. /n /n Essential Skills & Experience /n /n - Previous experience in a 2nd Line Support, Infrastructure Support or Systems Engineer role. /n - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating systems. /n - Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy and Microsoft Entra ID. /n - Strong understanding of networking technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Vlan’s and VPNs. /n - Experience diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues. /n - Excellent communication skills. /n - Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites when required. /n /n Desirable Skills & Experience /n /n - SharePoint administration and management. /n - Experience with VMware and/or other virtualisation platforms. /n - Support and administration of IP telephony and PBX platforms. /n - Microsoft Intune and endpoint management experience. /n - Experience within a multi-site business environment. /n /n Personal Attributes /n /n - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. /n - Self-motivated with a proactive approach. /n - Excellent attention to detail. /n - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. /n - Professional and customer-focused. /n /n What We Offer /n /n - Competitive salary. /n - Salary sacrifice pension scheme. /n - 28 Days a year Holiday (Inc Bank holidays). /n - Medical cash back plan /n /n /n
