Escalate and work on 2nd line issues where required, including more complex troubleshooting
Manage user accounts, permissions and devices using Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Intune
Build, configure and deploy laptops and desktops, including imaging and application installs

Proven experience in an IT support or service desk role, ideally covering both 1st and 2nd line
Solid working knowledge of the Microsoft stack, including Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Azure AD and Intune
Experience supporting and troubleshooting hardware, software and basic networking issues
Good understanding of user account administration and device management in a Microsoft environment
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non technical users
A methodical, organised approach with good attention to detail
Able to work on site in Norwich for the full duration of the contract
Immediately available or on short notice is preferred, given the temporary nature of the roleWhy apply
This is a temporary assignment offering an immediate start for the right candidate, with the possibility of extension beyond the initial 3 month term depending on business needs. It's a good opportunity to gain further exposure to Azure and Intune within a live, on site support environment.
If you have the skills and experience above and are available for an on site, temporary role in Norwich, we'd like to hear from you
