Job Description Title: Japanese Speaking Sales Manager Consumer ElectronicsSalary: £50,000 per annum + a discretionary performance bonusLocation: Office attendance required for the first 2 month, then hybrid working available.ASAPJapanese Speaking Sales Manager - Consumer Electronics - Develop new business opportunities and build strong relationships with existing customers across the European region.Manage the full sales cycle, including identifying customer needs, proposing solutions, negotiating, and closing contracts.Drive customer adoption and expand existing accounts through effective account management.Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).Japanese Speaking Sales Manager - Consumer Electronics - Proven experience in B2B sales and/or account management.Business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or above) and full professional proficiency in English.Proficiency in French or German is a plus.Proven track record of managing the entire sales process, from new business development to existing account management.Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently across the UK and Europe.People First is committed to increasing diversity, and maintaining an inclusive workplace culture.
