Job Coach Location: Central East Wales Salary: £25,200 - £26,780 per annum Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 4:30pm About the Role Our client is seeking a motivated Job Coach to support individuals on their journey into sustainable employment. The right candidate will provide one-to-one coaching, helping participants overcome barriers, build confidence, develop employability skills, and secure long-term job opportunities. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of participants. Complete assessments and employment action plans. Deliver tailored coaching and employability support. Assist with CVs, job searches, and interview preparation. Liaise with employers and coordinate interviews. Provide ongoing support to help participants sustain employment. Maintain accurate records and achieve performance targets. Requirements Experience in coaching, mentoring, employability, or support services. Experience working in a target-driven environment. Strong communication and motivational skills. Understanding of barriers to employment. Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
