Joiner Multi Trade We are currently looking for a Joiner Multi Trade to work across the Warrington area for a well-established social housing contractor. This opportunity is with an established contractor delivering high-volume voids and maintenance works within social housing properties. We’re looking for experienced Joiner Multi Trades who are looking for a long-term temporary opportunity. I’d be keen to speak to anyone with experience working within social housing repairs, property maintenance, refurbishment or voids, whether you’ve previously worked as a Joiner Multi Trade, Carpenter Multi Trade, Multi Trade Operative, Maintenance Operative, Repairs Operative or in a similar role. As a Joiner Multi Trade, you will be: Carrying out joinery, repairs and maintenance works within void properties Completing carpentry and general multi-trade works Undertaking additional trades including patch plastering, tiling and decorating where skilled Diagnosing faults and completing repairs to a high standard with a right-first-time approach Working professionally within properties and maintaining high standards of workmanship Managing your own workload and completing jobs efficiently throughout the day Ensuring company vehicles, tools and equipment are used responsibly Completing accurate electronic paperwork and following company health and safety proceduresI’d love to speak to anyone who has: Proven experience working within social housing repairs, property maintenance or a similar environment Strong joinery/carpentry skills and a broad multi-trade background Experience in additional trades such as plastering, tiling or decorating The ability to work independently and complete high-quality workmanship A professional, reliable and customer-focused approach A full UK driving licence The ability to pass a DBS check if required in the future No formal trade qualifications or tickets are required — practical experience is keyThis Joiner Multi Trade role is offering the following benefits: £21 per hour  Company van and fuel card Weekly pay  39 hours per week, Monday to Friday Long-term workload with an established contractor Void works Excellent progression opportunities Permanant opportunity in the future if desiredLocation & Travel The role covers work between Manchester and Liverpool. Candidates will be expected to travel between properties throughout the day, with a company vehicle and fuel card provided.
