Your new role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Site Joiner to work across a range of commercial, residential, and maintenance projects throughout the Belfast and Newtownabbey areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out high-quality joinery and general maintenance works across multiple sites, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

What you'll need to succeed

• Carry out 1st and 2nd fix joinery works.
• Installation of doors, frames, skirting, architraves, flooring, kitchens, and fitted furniture.
• Undertake repair and maintenance work on occupied and vacant properties.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Complete snagging and finishing works to a high standard.
• Liaise with site managers, supervisors, clients, and other trades.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in good condition.
• Travel between multiple sites across Belfast, Newtownabbey, and surrounding areas as required.

Essential Criteria

• Time-served Joiner or recognised Joinery qualification.
• Previous experience in a similar multi-site or maintenance role.
• Valid CSR Card (Construction Skills Register).
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to transport.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexibly across multiple locations.
