Junior Management Accountant

A growing, well‑respected organisation in the retail and distribution sector, are looking for an ambitious Junior Management Accountant to join their finance team. You’ll work directly with the Financial Controller and play a key role in producing accurate, meaningful financial information that supports decision‑making across the business. The role: As Junior Management Accountant, you’ll become a key part of a supportive finance team. Your day‑to‑day will centre around producing accurate financial data, maintaining clear processes, and ensuring the department’s output is consistently reliable. It’s a role suited to someone who enjoys structure, takes pride in precision, and wants to develop their career within a fast‑moving commercial environment. What they’re looking for: Essential: AAT Level 3 (completed) and currently studying Level 4, or fully qualified; OR a relevant accounting degree. Confident using Excel at an intermediate level. Experience working to deadlines and following structured processes. Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. A collaborative team player who builds positive relationships across departments. Highly organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
