Junior Quality Inspector Essex / Hertfordshire Border Permanent | Day Shift | Monday-Friday Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established precision engineering manufacturer supplying high-quality machined components into demanding industries. Rather than looking for an experienced Quality Inspector, we are seeking someone with a solid mechanical engineering background who is looking to develop a long-term career within Quality Inspection. Full training and ongoing support will be provided by an experienced inspection team. This role would suit someone who has completed a mechanical engineering apprenticeship, worked as a CNC Machinist, Manual Machinist, Mechanical Engineer or Engineering Technician and is looking for a new challenge away from production or machining. The Role Working within the Quality department, you will receive training to carry out first-off, in-process and final inspection of precision machined components. You'll develop your skills using a range of precision measuring equipment and inspection techniques while learning how to interpret engineering drawings, complete quality documentation and work within a high-quality manufacturing environment.
