Junior Real Estate Solicitor - Belfast, Growth Transactions

Achuman Capital is working with a Belfast-based law firm seeking a junior solicitor to join their Real Estate team. The successful candidate will advise private individuals, developers, housing associations, investors and other clients on a broad range of commercial and residential real estate matters.

You will handle acquisitions, disposals, development and finance matters, manage transactions from instruction to completion, conduct due diligence and draft key documents in a busy, supportive
