This is an exciting and varied role where roughly half of your time will be spent working in the banqueting team catering for meetings and events. The other half of your time will be spent supporting the team in an al le carte Restaurant.

Whether your experience is Banqueting, or more for Restaurant service - the Head Chef is more than happy to train you on the missing experience. Ultimately the two requirements of this role are simple: a great personality and generally able to cook high quality food, wherever the setting or environment.
