The RoleAn opportunity has arisen for a Junior Systems Developer to join a growing technology-led business operating across multiple specialist brands. Working closely with the Director, the Junior Systems Developer will support the development, maintenance and improvement of websites, internal CRM systems and business applications used by customers, professionals and internal teams. This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to software development, database management, web technologies and IT infrastructure within a supportive environment where training and development are actively encouraged.
- Supporting the maintenance and development of websites and web applications
- Assisting with improvements to internal CRM systems
- Investigating and resolving software and website issues
- Supporting the maintenance of databases and APIs
- Assisting with updates to desktop applications
- Providing first-line support for internal technical issues
- Supporting server and service monitoring activities
