A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dedicated KS1 Teacher to join a high-achieving and diverse primary school in Havering from 1st September 2026. The Position As a KS1 Teacher, you'll be responsible for: Delivering engaging and purposeful lessons across Key Stage 1 Creating an environment where pupils feel confident and motivated to learn Using assessment to identify progress and areas for further development Adapting lessons to accommodate different abilities and learning needs Encouraging curiosity, independence and positive learning behaviours Developing strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues Working collaboratively with the wider teaching team Contributing to the wider life and ethos of the schoolWhat We're Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Previous KS2 teaching experience is essential Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum Excellent classroom management and organisation Ability to create engaging and inclusive learning experiences High expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour Strong communication and relationship-building skills A positive and collaborative attitude Genuine commitment to helping every child succeedWhy This School?
