L&D Lead — Leadership & Learning Strategy

MCS Group are partnering with a growing organisation in County Antrim to hire an L&D Lead on a permanent basis. The role owns the learning agenda across operations and leadership populations, shaping a culture focused on performance, safety, and future talent.

You will deliver leadership and technical development programmes, set up LMS, coach managers, and build partnerships with colleges to support apprenticeships and graduate programmes. Hybrid working is offered.
