Landscaping & Fencing Customer Care Team LeaderLocation: Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £15.00–£17.00 per hour, including performance-related bonus Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Landscaping & Fencing Customer Care Team Leader to lead a team of landscaping and fencing operatives across commercial and domestic projects. The successful candidate will have previous experience supervising a team and a strong practical background in landscaping and fencing. You will be responsible for ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard, while managing day-to-day challenges and resolving unexpected issues on site. Key ResponsibilitiesYour duties may include: Leading and supervising a team of landscaping and fencing operatives Organising daily work and ensuring maximum efficiency from the team Maintaining high standards of workmanship and attention to detail Turfing, including strip and relay work Shrub, hedge and tree planting Hard landscaping, including slab and block work Installation of land drainage systems Installation of new fencing Repairs and maintenance of existing fencing Identifying and resolving problems encountered on site Ensuring work is carried out safely and in accordance with site requirements Working effectively with clients, colleagues and other contractors RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have: Previous experience leading or supervising a landscaping/fencing team Strong practical experience in landscaping and fencing Excellent attention to detail Good problem-solving skills The ability to organise and motivate a team A strong understanding of site safety and working practices A full UK driving licence The ability to reliably travel to and from the yard in Stratford-upon-Avon each day A valid CSCS card is desirable, as much of the work is carried out on building sites. However, candidates without a CSCS card may still be considered, with support available to obtain the required certification.
