Landscaping Supervisor (Fencing & Hard Landscaping) Location: Banwell, Somerset Start Date: ASAP Hours: 7:30 AM 4:30 PM (Monday to Friday) Pay Rate: £16.00 £18.50 per hour (depending on experience) Job Type: Permanent Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for an experienced Landscaping Supervisor with a strong background in fencing and hard landscaping to join a growing team delivering projects across Banwell, Somerset and surrounding areas. About the Role The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising landscaping operatives and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. The role will involve a mixture of hands-on work and team leadership across construction sites, show homes, and sales complexes. Duties Supervising landscaping operatives on site Organising daily workloads and coordinating site activities Installing and overseeing fencing works including close board fencing, concrete posts, and gravel boards Supervising installation of gates, railings, and knee rail fencing Carrying out and overseeing hard landscaping works including decking, timber structures, pathways, and associated external works Ensuring projects are delivered to specification and programme Conducting site inspections and maintaining quality standards Promoting and enforcing health and safety procedures on site Liaising with site managers, clients, and project teams Assisting with hands-on landscaping and fencing works where required Requirements CSCS Card Previous experience supervising landscaping, fencing, or groundsworks teams Strong background in fencing and hard landscaping Ability to read site drawings and work schedules Excellent communication and organisational skills Full UK Driving Licence preferred Ability to lead by example and maintain high standards of workmanship This role offers long-term permanent employment with opportunities for progression within a well-established landscaping business delivering high-quality projects across the South West.
