This is a hands-on role requiring organisation, drive, excellent communication skills and a clear understanding of customer needs.
Experience selling Latin America is a must! Main Responsibilities Sales & Service Provide exceptional sales and service for clients travelling to your region, converting new enquiries and retaining existing accounts.
Communicate with clients via phone, email and in person.
Maintain up-to-date specialist knowledge through research, analysis, competitor review and travel.
Work closely with Service, Product and Marketing teams to ensure flawless delivery and continuous product improvement.
Support the Region Manager with daily operations, including recruitment and training.
Relevant Experience Demonstrable passion for and knowledge of Latin America.
25 years work experience; bespoke Latin America travel experience, Experience living/working in the region is a plus.
