Lead Beverage Operations for Premier Events

Sodexo Live! at Ascot Racecourse seeks an experienced Head of Beverage to own and drive the beverage operation for Royal Ascot, racedays, conferences, private functions and major external events.

You will oversee purchasing, forecasting, stock security, labour planning and financial control across a substantial operation serving up to 30 fine dining restaurants, 215 boxes and 150 retail units.
