Lead Commercial Counsel - In-House, Hybrid

Michael Page is recruiting for a Lead Legal Counsel - Commercial for a major purpose-led organisation in the West Midlands. You will report to the General Counsel and lead the commercial legal function, advising on strategically important matters and developing a team of lawyers and paralegals.

The role requires a solicitor, barrister or legal executive with substantial PQE in commercial contracts, capable of guiding high-value deals while ensuring compliance and effective governance.
