Lead, EDI & Belonging Strategy

ClwydAlyn is seeking an experienced EDI and Belonging professional to lead and shape our Equality and Inclusion efforts in North Wales. The role focuses on embedding inclusion into culture, services and decision-making, while ensuring legal compliance and progressive practice.

You will work with senior leaders to translate legislation into action, develop robust data reporting, and drive inclusive initiatives across communities and staff networks.
