Lead Human Factors Engineer – Defence Programs

Babcock International Group in the UK is seeking a Principal Human Factors Engineer to lead the integration of Human Factors across defence programmes. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure people remain at the heart of system design, influencing concepts through delivery.

This is a visible leadership role that shapes safety, usability and operational effectiveness while developing Human Factors capability and supporting bids and programme delivery.
