Lead HV Substation Design Engineer (400 kV) – Hybrid

BakerHicks in the UK is seeking a Principal/Lead Primary Design Engineer for HV substations up to 400 kV. You will lead a team of engineers and CAD technicians, delivering high‑quality primary designs and technical documentation for major energy projects.

You will provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, coordinate with National Grid and other clients, and contribute to bids and tender submissions as part of a broad, multidisciplinary Power team.
