Lead In-House Counsel: Commercial Property & Investments

Buccleuch Property is seeking an experienced commercial property solicitor to provide commercially focused legal advice across a broad remit, including investment acquisitions, disposals and asset management. You will work as sole counsel, advising on commercial, construction, corporate, governance, regulatory and dispute matters to help identify and mitigate legal risk.

Candidates should have substantial experience in complex commercial property transactions and be qualified in England & Wales;
