Denholm Industrial Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Paint Supervisor to lead industrial painting teams in Glasgow on major marine and defence projects. You will ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards, coordinating daily activities and resources on site.

Ideal candidates will have strong supervision experience in coatings, excellent leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with RAMS, permit-to-work, and HSEQ procedures.
