Lead Infra Engineer: DevOps, Server Security & Secure Browser

Lloyds Banking Group seeks a senior engineering leader for the Chief Security Office in the UK. You will line‑manage an engineering team, mentor engineers, and drive modern practices from code‑driven delivery to automated testing and observability.

You will embed IaC/Policy as Code, maintain security posture while enabling rapid delivery, collaborate with product teams and vendors, and champion agile ways of working in a hybrid model across Edinburgh, Leeds, and Manchester.
