Lead Leveraged Finance Counsel (12 Months, Hybrid)

Lawyers On Demand Limited is looking for a mid to senior lawyer specializing in leveraged finance to join a leading global investment firm in Greater London.

This position involves leading high-yield and structured finance transactions, working closely with investment professionals, and supporting a range of asset classes. The role is full-time with a hybrid working pattern, ideally 3 or 4 days in the office.

The ideal candidate has a strong leveraged finance background and experience in private credit transactions.
