Lead Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer – FMCG (4-on/4-off)

Michael Page is recruiting for a Supervisor and multiskilled Shift Engineer in Wrexham within a major UK FMCG food producer. You will lead a small shift team, carry out PPMs, respond to breakdowns, and ensure food safety and HACCP compliance while driving continuous improvement.

You will oversee utilities, installation of new equipment, and accurate record-keeping, working to a 4 on/4 off pattern (days and nights) and collaborating with production to minimize downtime.
