Lead Production Engineer | Bordon, £55,000 + Benefits A growing manufacturing business in Oxfordshire is looking for a hands-on Lead Production Engineer to take ownership of manufacturing engineering activities, support production performance and help drive continuous improvement across the shop floor. This is a great opportunity for somebody with a strong manufacturing engineering background who enjoys solving day-to-day production challenges, improving processes and working closely with operators, production and wider engineering teams.
