Lead Production Manager: Fabrication & Quality Champion

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager for a specialist manufacturer in South Wales. You will lead day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, safety and high quality, while collaborating with Sales, Operations and Leadership to align production planning and customer delivery.

Responsibilities include driving productivity, managing workflow and resources, coaching staff, and maintaining housekeeping and safety standards.
