Lead Rigging Supervisor – Ship Repair

Navantia UK is seeking a Rigging Supervisor (Ship Repair) to lead and coordinate rigging, lifting and mooring operations across multiple ship repair projects. You will champion safety, plan resources, and drive operational excellence in a high‑hazard environment.

The role requires experience in naval ship repair or dry docking, ECITB Level 3 or equivalent, and recognised lifting qualifications. Expect strong leadership, collaboration with project teams and a focus on zero‑harm safety.
