Lead Shipbuilding Engineering Manager

Navantia UK is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead build-ready shipbuilding programmes at the Methil yard. You will sit at the heart of design, procurement, construction and testing, translating design intent into practical production strategies.

In this senior role you will define manufacturing strategies, coordinate across functions, manage material strategy and drive continuous improvement, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency across the programmes.
