Lead Site Manager - Social Housing Retrofit & EWI

BMSL Group Ltd is seeking a Site Manager to oversee external wall insulation, refurbishment and energy-efficiency works in occupied social housing across South Wales. You will coordinate site teams, subcontractors and stakeholders to deliver projects safely, on time and to high quality standards.

The role focuses on retrofit delivery rather than flagship contracts, with values typically ranging from £1m to £5m.
