Lead SLT Clinician – Education & Autism

Outcomes First Group is seeking a Lead Clinician to head the in-house Clinical Team at Papworth Hall School. The postholder will split time between clinical leadership and a therapy caseload, delivering bespoke assessments and intervention plans for pupils with autism and related needs.

The role collaborates with SLT and Regional Clinical Lead to develop a school-based clinical service, while coordinating line-management and safeguarding commitments across teams.
