Lead Sous Chef: Drive Standards & Develop Team

Buzzworks Holdings is seeking a Sous Chef to join our kitchen leadership team. You will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef, taking responsibility for your section during busy service and driving standards across the kitchen.

You will help develop junior chefs, ensure smooth operation, and uphold food safety, hygiene and compliance, while contributing to a positive, high-performing team culture in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
