As an Integration Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of all Domain & Requirements Mission Systems Engineering activities as part of the FCAS/GCAP programme. Managing Agile planning, tasking and reporting processes Supporting Quality & Performance Improvement initiatives within the Sensing & Non-Kinetic Effects Team (SANKE) Sensing & Non-Kinetic Effect System Design/development with associated areas, including Mission Data, Mission Management, Through Life Support, Safety-Airworthiness, Security, Interoperation, Engineering & Test Systems / integration engineering and engineering lifecycle experience Knowledge of systems engineering methods and tools (e.g. Experience of leading and managing engineering teams The team uses an agile work planning process to develop mission system concept options, architectures and designs for the various components of a future combat air system.
