Leadership Development Programs Lead

Citi Belfast is seeking a professional for the Execution and Relationship Management for Leadership Development. The role supports learning projects, coordinates logistics, and tracks programs on the LMS. You will interact with HR and L&D teams globally to improve learning outcomes and program delivery.
