A top City law firm is hiring a Learning Adviser to join its Learning team on a 12-month fixed term contract. You'll get real ownership over programmes for junior and mid-level fee-earners and Business Teams, project managing curriculums, designing workshops and e-learning content, and experimenting with new tech (including AI) to keep learning fresh and effective.
What you'll be doing
- Owning and developing junior and mid-level fee-earner and Business Team programmes
- Project managing key Learning initiatives end to end
- Designing and delivering workshops, webinars, e-learning and video content
- Acting as a trusted business partner to Practice Areas and Business Teams on learning needs
- Supporting one-to-one development conversations where needed
- Managing supplier relationships and budget reporting for the Learning function
