Learning and Development Coordinator
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Learning & Development Co-ordinator to play a key role in supporting learning and development across the Inspire Group. This is a varied and rewarding role, ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating training, supporting projects, and helping people grow and succeed in their careers.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across the organisation, supporting both essential compliance training and people development initiatives that enable staff to progress and feel empowered.
The Role
The Learning & Development Co-ordinator supports the delivery of training, learning, and development initiatives across Inspire. This includes coordinating training activity, supporting learning and development projects, maintaining systems and records, and producing reports that help inform decision‑making.
The role is varied and can change depending on the projects being delivered. Examples include coordinating safeguarding training, supporting staff to gain professional qualifications, and contributing to wider learning and development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate training programmes across the Inspire Group, including safeguarding training
- Manage training administration, attendance records, and evaluations
- Support the annual professional qualifications process, including applications and progress tracking
- Coordinate learning and development projects, meetings, and reporting
- Maintain and support learning management systems
- Produce accurate data and reports to support compliance and development activity
- Support coaching, placements, and other people development initiatives
