Are you a caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant looking for an exciting opportunity in a secondary school in Suffolk? Do you have a passion for supporting young people with their learning and helping them to reach their full potential? Secondary School - Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Monday - Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm Pay: £90-£110 per day (depending on experience) Interviews: CVs being reviewed now throughout the Summer Term, with interviews taking place and trial days arranged. We are working with a well-regarded Secondary School in Suffolk, rated GOOD by Ofsted, that is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join its supportive team. This school caters for students aged 11-16. Full-time, Monday - Friday, Learning Support Assistant role. Provide classroom support to students across KS3 and KS4, working alongside teaching staff. Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions to support learning and progress. Support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), helping them access the curriculum and achieve their individual goals. Work collaboratively with teaching staff, the SEN department and pastoral teams to ensure students receive the support they need. This Learning Support Assistant role in Suffolk offers the opportunity to work in a welcoming and ambitious school with a strong commitment to staff development and student wellbeing. You'll play a vital role in helping students overcome barriers to learning while gaining valuable experience within a supportive secondary school environment. Previous experience working with children or young people in an educational, youth work, care or support setting is desirable. A genuine passion for supporting students and helping them achieve their full potential. Experience supporting students with SEND is advantageous but not essential.
