Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Full Time (Full Academic Year) Contract: Full Time | Monday to Friday | Term Time Only Start Date: September 2026 (or ASAP) Duration: Full Academic Year Revised Recruitment Group is recruiting a caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work in a welcoming school in Cowbridge (both Primary and Secondary) for the full academic year. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils in reaching their full potential while becoming part of a dedicated and supportive school community. The Role Support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. Provide tailored support for pupils with additional learning needs (ALN) where required. Help create a safe, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment. We're Looking For Experience working with children or young people in a school, childcare or support setting is desirable. A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and wellbeing. An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
