Salt College is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Plumbing Lecturer to join our growing team. The Role As a Plumbing Lecturer, you will: * Deliver engaging practical and theory-based Plumbing lessons up to Level 3. * Teach apprentices, adult learners and school leavers aged 16+. * Support learners with a wide range of abilities, including those with SEND and Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). * Use your industry experience to prepare learners for successful careers in the construction sector. * Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that builds confidence, skills and independence. About You We are looking for someone who has: * A recognised Plumbing qualification. * Significant industry experience within the plumbing trade. * Experience teaching or assessing Plumbing qualifications (Level 2 and above). * Experience supporting learners with SEND, including Autism, ADHD and other additional needs. * A genuine passion for education and developing future talent. Desirable * Qualified Lecturer status (DET, DTLLS or QTLS). * Assessor qualification (A1, TAQA or equivalent). * Previous experience teaching within a Further Education college.
