A fantastic opportunity for an outgoing, enthusiastic and hardworking Legal Administrator to join a leading UK law firm on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.  You will support the Corporate, Film & TV groups with general administration tasks and assist with streamlining processes.

Legal Administrator – What You’ll Be Doing:

• 
  
• File opening and closing processes, including post completion routines

Admin tasks for the Conveyancing Quality Scheme audits

Photocopying and scanning

All aspects of the billing process and accounting processes, including claiming expenses

Maintaining client files both electronically and in hard copy where required, including sorting, collating and filing emails and correspondence/documents

 Managing processes using the firm’s network IT systems and databases, including Filesite, Aderant, Microsoft Office and Search Acumen

 Liaising with other departments including Compliance and Finance

Managing workload issues; takes ownership of enquiries and ensures any issues are referred/delegated xwzovoh to the appropriate person and dealt with in a timely fashion

Providing ad hoc support to the group as required including searches and research

Legal Administrator – What We’re Looking For:

• 
  
• 1+ years of administration experience gained within a law firm

Excellent IT and good numeracy skills

Team player and a positive and proactive approach to your work

Strong attention to detail
