Legal Counsel - London with hybrid working

Full time or part time (4 days)

Client

A cutting edge BioTech organisation experiencing rapid growth

Role

• Support with commercial and employment contracts across the business
• Oversee legal risk management and compliance
• Draft and review a wide range of commercialagreements
• Advise on IP, privacy and data protection matters

You

• c. 2-4 years PQE with strong experience of commercial agreements
• Private practice/in house/mixed background all welcomed
• A good understanding of IP ownership and licensing
• Biotech/pharma/medtech or general technology experience an advantage
• Pragmatic and commercially focused with excellent interpersonal skills
