Legal Counsel – Construction & GDPR Lead

HS2 Ltd, the UK’s new high-speed rail project, is seeking a Legal Counsel to deliver comprehensive commercial and contracts advice across HS2 activities, including procurement, data protection, and governance.

You will draft precedents, support budget and cost management, train internal staff, and act as lead adviser for GDPR compliance, with responsibility for managing external counsel as needed.
