Legal Counsel – Investments & Corporate Governance

Heriot Brown In-House Legal Recruitment is working with a private investment firm to appoint a Legal Counsel as the second lawyer within its growing legal function. Reporting to the General Counsel, the role offers broad responsibility and early exposure to senior stakeholders across the business.

The ideal candidate is England & Wales qualified with 3–5 years’ PQE and experience in corporate/M&A, investment funds or financial services.
