This role offers a unique blend of commercial contracts, intellectual property and marketing law, providing exposure to high-profile international projects in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

The Role

As Legal Counsel, you will partner with marketing, creative and commercial teams, providing pragmatic legal advice across a broad range of business initiatives. Responsibilities include:

• Drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial and marketing agreements.
• Advising on intellectual property, copyright, trade marks and licensing matters.
• Supporting global advertising campaigns and the use of creative content across multiple jurisdictions.
• Advising on marketing claims, brand protection and asset licensing.
• Coordinating legal advice on international projects involving multiple jurisdictions.
• Providing legal support across a range of commercial matters, including technology, digital, ESG and corporate projects.
• Delivering practical legal guidance and helping embed best practice across the business.

You will be a UK-qualified lawyer with around 5–7 years' PQE, gained in private practice and/or an established in-house legal team. You'll have strong commercial contracts experience, a good understanding of intellectual property law and enjoy working closely with the business to deliver practical, commercial solutions.

Experience supporting marketing, consumer brands or creative teams would be advantageous but is not essential.
